1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

Players will be notified via email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

11. Limitation of Liability

gg776's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gg776 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3

gg776 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Upon closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and completion of KYC verification.

14.2

Termination by gg776. gg776 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; provision of false identity information; failure to complete KYC; or any other conduct that gg776 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

14.3

Where an account is terminated by gg776 due to a breach of these Terms, gg776 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with that account. gg776 will provide written notification of account closure where reasonably practicable.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulatory framework administered by the relevant licensing authority under which gg776 operates.

15.2

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the gg776 platform, you agree to first submit the dispute in writing to the gg776 support team at [email protected]. gg776 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice.

15.3

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in clause 15.2, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.4

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
